We have a new Movi, once we balance the camera and power up the gimbal we are only able to switch modes, we aren't able to pan or tilt from the DX7.

It's odd, since we know it's bound and can switch between modes, programming is correct and when moving the sticks we see the corresponding servo monitor.

Ant thoughts or suggestions on how to rectify the his?

Check the channel mapping in the MoVI GUI to make sure that the channel mapping between the MoVI and the DX7 is working. You can see the various channels move in the GUI while moving the various controls on the DX7.

Thanks Gary, we did that and everything is mapped correctly it seems.

The only response we're getting from the DX7 is when we switch modes. No other controls are working.

Mike maybe a short video showing the GUI screen and the DX7 as you move the controls. Guess I am confused since you say that everything appears to be mapped but the controls are not working. Also you might want to send a ticket to support@freeflysystems.com.

To add to Gary's thought: Can you confirm you've checked on the Servo Monitor on the DX7 that the RC channels are indeed activating appropriately.

The other place to check is the ALTA's iPhone/Android app -- monitor the Radio Channels there and verify whether the ALTA's receiver is "seeing" the correct signals arriving from the transmitter.

    Andy.
