Hi there!!! I have a Movi M15 and today I tried to update the firmware but during the process I have turned it off on the switch accidently and now it simply just don't work or respond to anything, I don't even can connect it via wireless or bluetooth with tablet or pc. I believe that it is because the update process was interrupted. Now what can I do to bring it back to life?? Is there a way to connect it via usb to the computer?
Hi Nuno, you can try contacting Freefly at support@freeflysystems.com. You can also look up their knowledge base article about using the five pin jumper cable to put it into boot loader mode and recover it. Good luck.
