Are people still getting communications through from support? I opened a ticket, had a response, sent over a video to illustrate my problem and then have not heard back from them in a month even after contacting them another 3 times asking for an update.
I've been hearing this from others anecdotally, but here's another thing: check your spam\junk emails. Just yesterday, I realized I hadn't received any emails notifying me about posts on this Forum in the last several weeks... I watch several of the Forums and it typically sends me emails when someone posts. I thought it had gone really quiet until I came on here and saw a bunch of activity. Somehow, Google had labelled all of these emails as Junk, and hid them in Spam, and it comes from an @freeflysystems.com email address. I had to add the email address to my contacts on gmail. Every time someone says Support hasn't gotten back to them about something, I'm really surprised to hear it. In the past, Chris and Bryan have been very quick to respond, often immediately or within 2 hours if it's during the day. I haven't had to contact them since at least February (knock wood). Curious to hear from others about their experiences. Just because there are a few stories about Support not responding doesn't mean there aren't many more good stories about experiences with Support.
As I mentioned on another thread, some email client software allows you to create a "whitelist" so that certain senders' email will never be tagged as spam. I've checked the actual open ticket conversation on the Freefly website anc there has been no response. I've just sent another email so hopefully I'll hear back soon
