Doing some test flights today with the fs700 and i cant tighten the tilt axis any tighter and even on 3/4 throttle straight up lifts its slipping. It either slips where the two extended side booms mount on the back side of the gimbal or the back bar of the tilt axis will slip at that clamp point...thoughts on how to fix this? Ideally it would be a double clamp at the end of the two side booms for the gimbal but its not. Thanks!

Having the same problem with the FS100, I got some longer booms which allows the camera to be mounted further back, it helps but does not fix the problem. I can't find a suitable solution

Sounds like you may need to look into the aluminum frame clamps to replace the plastic clamps. Your Freefly Retailer should have these in stock.

The installs I have seen looked like it was replacing the two that are in the center. Can you tell where it is slipping? Center or on the ends?

Im gonna replace all 4, the 2 centers and the 2 ends because mine slips worse on the ends than in the center but it will slip on them all. Im also gonna order the metal clamps for the tilt shafts that they sell just to be safe. Thank you guys for the help, much appreciated.

Changing all 4 not only prevents slipping but makes the gimbal more rigid. Feels better!
