Hello everyone. Ramon from Panama After having problems with the ignition of the motor 2, the situation became another problem. CS8 now do not want to compas and the program update. we have tried almost everything the instructions say and do not have the CS8 working. Mistakes that send the unit are: First mistake: Requesting status information from Flight-Ctrl ... Version 0.90d ErrorCodes: 0x08 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 - Hardware: Acc NICK Error After attempting Calibrate Requesting status information from Flight-Ctrl ... Version 0.90j ErrorCodes: 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x28 0x00 If anyone has a solution or method to solve this, would be very grateful. regards Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
Thanks for Reply Josh We had an initial problem of moisture, Engine 2 was not starting, the only way to make the engine work was to calibrate the Compass again, after the last calibration error began. Concetar After the program, the compass system reset and update to latest version. Not worked again ... The system needs to be restarted? any feedback would be great. Any Ideas? regards Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
Error Code 13 is an FC Nick ACC error. Cause: the analoque ACC sensor signal is not in the expected range during calibration (between 150 and 850) The value is shown in the virtual display in brackets (xx) Solution: calibrate sensors again check the soldered connections on the sensor So please check the AH sensor. If you have had the board upgraded then check to see that the new sensor still is attached at all three solder points. Attached is the complete error code list. Would also suggest that you take the props off for this type of testing, especially with a machine that is not operating correctly. Also would be good to get screen shots of your various setup screens. Not starting, besides the error that you have, might be that the do not start unless the minimum number of sats have been reached flag has been turned on.
Garry, thank you. I proceed to do what I indicate. I got the product for cleaning and waterproofing motherboards Mil Gracias nuevamente... regards Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
Hi Gary where you configure the ACC sensor. We are looking at MKTools program without finding ... Thank you, Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
Ramon have you updated all of the software including MKTool? I don't think the config screens changed until you get to the .90 versions. Attaching screenshot of new altitude screen. Instructions at http://www.mikrokopter.de/ucwiki/en/FlightCtrl_ME_2_2_ACC
Thanks Gary for your help... We have the correct versions of MKTools. put the same values of the reference system which sent and continue with the same problem. and for some reason we have between the control signal and the CS8. There are some system restart settings 0 to start all over again, just as manufactured? Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
Version V2.1 we do not have the hardware upgrade. in sensor Solder was verified, everything is Ok! How do I add images to see the screens Shoots
Ramon MKTool is on at version 1.80b. The FC is on version FC 2.1 .90j and the Navi is version .30h. Please confirm in MKTool that you have the latest versions of the software installed onto the FC and Navi. If you don't see .90j then you won't see the screens that include the configuration for the new ACC. You can reset everything to factory defaults by clicking the red triangle at the bottom of the Firmware update & Terminal screen. But understand you will wipe everything out and you will need to manually update all settings on nearly all of the screens. Good idea to do a screen shot of each of the tabs before do the full reset. Once you are done please share your Altitude tab as a screen capture so that we can help you diagnose the issue.
Tks, Gary We have updates of the latest versions. the error continues. this is the error we have. Requesting status information from Flight-Ctrl... Version 0.90j Errorcodes: 0x28 0x08 0x00 0x00 0x00 - Hardware: Acc NICK error - Hardware: Acc Z error (FlightCtrl installed upside down ?) - no receiver signal Not sure whether to make a wrong calibration while we were taking pictures, led us to this problem. It goes something unusual or frequently. What else can we do?
Gary, pardon the inconvenience. The question I have is: how to calibrate the sensor? to resolve these points • calibrate sensors again • check the soldered connections on the sensor We already have the correct version of the program. The updates successfully warped and the error persists. If you have an email where I can send screen shots
You can post the screen shots here. Click the Upload a File in the lower right. As far as I know there is no calibration of the new ACC sensor. Can you take closeup photos of the install on the board? It could be bad solder, short someplace or a bad ACC though I haven't heard of any bad ones yet.
I go where a friend who has the right technology and tools to check the solder I go where a friend who has the right technology and tools to check the solder Tks, Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
Ok, while you have the an error the Altitude screen has the correct fields. Put a 1 in Hover variation, Z-ACC 30, Altitude P 20, Barometric D 40, GPS Z 0. Those are what I have for settings. Now I don't know why the GPS Z to 0 since I think 20 is the default but mine is flying fine and holding altitude flawlessly. Ah found why I set the GPS Z to 0. That's the way it is shown in the Wiki on installing and setting the values for the new ACC.
Gary, We have tested the solder points, all are good, we have tested the receiver and it is working, we have uninstalled and reinstalled the firmware and nothing. we also tested an old version of the firmware and nothing, we are completely hopeless. I am trying to update the flight control to be the latest version and it is not updating. We have pending work to complete, my customers are complaining about this helicopter, is there anything to do? what warranty to I have? Is there any way to reprogram the flight control? Anyone else who can help us? the new screen shots...
Ramon can you take some closeup photos of the FC board showing the ACC board? Did a dealer install the board for you and if so have you spoken to them? Can you send the FC board to your dealer to be checked? Only other option would be to send the board to MikroKopter in Germany and buy a new board with the ACC already installed.
Found this in the MK wiki In the MikroKopter tool the hardware version should now appear as V2.2 (in the virtual display) When the FlightCtrl is horizontal leveled, the AccZ value must show a level of 670-699. (Note: The value must be less than 700, otherwise the old sensor is still active.) Your value in your screen print shows 727. It may be that there was an installation error. Have you checked that the ACC was installed correctly, that it is soldered to the correct points and that the solder bridge was installed? That's why I have been asking for photos. If all of those are correct then it may be a bad sensor.
Good morning. After doing everything, the whole problem boils down to flight controller motherboard. Thanks to Gary for all your help! The solution is to buy the new flight control board? I am considering Flight Control Me With ACC V2.1 Upgrade (Assembled) for the CineStar 8. What do you think http://www.quadrocopter.com/Flight-Control-V21-ME-with-ACC-Upgrade-Assembled_p_928.html Now I have questions: The piece under warranty? If the problem was caused by humidity, what is the solution? Detect problems are more programming level not much humidity. -is there any historical information from this damage? I share a picture of the flight control. regards, Ramon Velez S Black Cat Studio strocchia@me.com / +507 6613-2055
