    Hello everyone,

We have searched extensively and haven't found a good info,
We are looking to to capture reasonably fast automotive movement, and very fast human movement.
Could anyone offer their input ?

    Some more specifics about what we are looking for;
    - want to keep the price under $3k ( No REDs or Phantoms needed)
    -HD 1080 or 2K resolution
-NO Tape media, but otherwise HDD, removable flash, or MiniDV is fine
-Slow motion feature (120fps or more at more than 90 seconds) (also I know about the Sony's that do 3sec we have a FX10000 and it is horrible )
-Prefer Not AVCHD format as Ive read about poor performance on PCs, but I could make do
-I shoot mostly outdoors in good light ( with no control over lighting )

-The footage will end up both on the internet and sometimes in TV broadcasts or on DVDs so...
-Format that edits well with Adobe Premiere
    -Highly prefer Progressive scan footage
    -minimal motion blur
-Image quality isn't my first priority, but motion quality is

Thanks in advance for your input!

Hehe... you want all that for 3K ?

We have an Epic and Scarlet and even the Scarlet isn't the greatest for 120fps and resolution as it does it at 1K cropped.
So ya you need to add a zero to your budget most likely if you want a non burst/cropped high speed camera.

But hey, if you find something let me know please.

Hmm. The Sony FS700 meets the fps, but I don't think it quite fits your budget. :(

FS-700 shoots in burst for 120 fps for 16 seconds at a time so it's a little difficult for slo-mo and aerial work.

With a remote trigger it's pretty easy to record hi-speed with the FS700.

Yup true, as long as your happy with the time limit the rest of the 24p - 60p modes are wonderful.
