I am still having issues with my Movi M15 not returning to center when I pan unless I force it back by pushing on the dual arms on the Movi. Any ideas what's going on?

    1. The balance is good on all 3 axis.
    2. I tried adjusting/rotating movi toad in the hole to compensate but that doesn't help
    3. Auto tune 70% with newest beta app and firmware
    4. Removed all top heavy weight like the monitor
    5. Tried in majestic mode and smooth lock. No difference.
    6. Pan trim is set at zero.
    7. As you can see in the picture below toad in the hole is squared and facing forward parallel to the top handle bar.

Here's the link to the video.

    Thanks in advance.

What is the pan stiffness, Pan Majestic Window, Pan Window, Pan smoothing settings?

I'm pretty sure that is the pan window witch is to big, then center can few degrees side to side.

What should the pan window settings (estimate) be around? I will have to pull the settings off the movi to show what I have when I get in front of it. I have a Red Scarlet W coming (whenever Red decides to release it which is another story in itself. GRR!) I think I would still have the same issues as I am having now.

If the pan window is too large, shouldn't it center anyways? So the pan trim is where I can manually center the dual pan tubes parallel with the top handle right? I've tried that and it still does not stay centered.
