    Also remember if you braid the motor wires tightly you can cut down on the amount of interference (RFI and/or EMI) -- and that also has the effect of shortening them. :)

    Thanks guys... I talked to Karsten today at QC and he did confirm that the female connectors and wire were supposed to come with the DIY HL kit. He shipped them today for me.
