getting in touch with QC

    Hi, has anyone tried to get in touch with QC and the voice mail box is full?
    I some how can't get through. I tried all day.
    I need to get in touch with the shipping dept.

    I've let QC know about this problem. No. I didn't call and try to leave a voice mail. :)

    Try their online chat on the website. I was just on with Brandon a few hours ago.

    I have had this issue in the past as well and was told by QC that they do prefer emails whenever possible. Their staff is not large and they all get busy and on other calls, etc.

    Another person who was picking up an RTF system at the same time I was told me he has had great luck with using their online support tickets when you need that type of help. Obviously not applicable for shipping though.

    Hello Bill,

    We a multi-line inbound call system. Times when all lines are occupied then your call may not reach a VM. As stated above, the next best thing is the online chat. The chat is live M-F 9am-5pm. The CRM ticket system is also a good bet as most questions are answered same day, and you can pick the particular department particular to your questions.
