This guy is quite the tool. He was going around to county, police, sherriff's dept. and firefighters wanting taxpayer's money used to get his Phantom back. They ended up using a long pole from an upper window to get it down yesterday. The takeaway from this is a good code of conduct is to never fly over public or private land without permission.
