Bought a new drone. At first start-up and first calibration of the compass says "cal bed". Can't understand what you're doing wrong. Do everything according to the instructions on the smartphone. The part of the horizon observed. Did a restart of the controller through the app, you receive the error "something wrong with your synapses". Error code "fail code" 20.
Max : Presuming for a moment that you bought this from an FF dealer, you might want to contact them immediately. If that doesn't provide a solution then open up a ticket by sending an email to Freefly Support (support@freeflysystems.com). "Checking for GPS module: incompatible firmware! not present - takeoff inhibited" Found in the terminal a new bug. As I understand it, it is necessary to reflash alta. tell me how to do it forcibly? In app "ALTA" update is not required
Does this help, Max: https://freeflysystems.zendesk.com/...23-How-can-I-update-my-ALTA-APP-and-firmware- Cheers Andy
No, didn't help. It describes how to update the firmware through the phone. But I have, as it is the latest firmware 4.0.5. Unfortunately, only in the controller. GPS module is not updated. And I can't re-run the update

Hi Max: I've not heard anything back yet. Sorry for the delay. (In case it's not obvious, I'm not an FF employee, just a volunteer moderator/admin).
