Hey there. I'm flying a cs8 with a 3 axis gimbal. I've run it now for about 4 months... and I have worked and worked at getting the balance perfect. I've gotten close, but I have never gotten any camera perfect. what am I missing? It's to the point where I can't quite get the gain to work perfectly because I'm thinking when it isn't perfectly balanced the gain makes it jutter, but with the gain to low it isn't getting the stability I seek. I have some very nice footage but that is only after using software in post to get it that last bit to smooth as silk. Does anyone have any tips as to how to dial in that last bit of balance? Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.
Steven can you post a picture of your setup? Have you reviewed the setup videos available on the Freefly YouTube channel and some of the videos posted by Quadrocopter?
