I believe every charge. It sounds like a normal description of his flying. On one hand it is a bummer that he is being served, because if anyone can fly it safely, he can. On the other hand he is breaking the rules and lots of others do follow his lead without the experience or equipment to pull it off.
Trappy went way too far with this one. He flew recklessly, and I am sure he scared the hell out of a lot of people on that campus. I think it would set a bad example if he were allowed to get away with this. But I think the firm that hired him should share in the responsibility.
