    Hi guys,
what do you use to discharge your batteries, aside from leaving it on the movi?
    i have 3 batteries. I charged all three before a job. I didn't use all 3 batteries.
The manual said to discharge them and don't store them fully charged.
Also, how long do you charge your batteries? The manual said not to leave them unattended but it seems that these batteries take hours to charge.

Lots of charging solutions out there - my setup is a Revolectrix PowerLab 6

    http://www.revolectrix.com/pl6_description_tab.htm

    and an eFuel power supply

    http://www.skyrc.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=180

It's a very powerful combination, and likely way overkill if you're only charge the 4S batteries for your M5. We use it to charge our M10 batteries in addition to our much larger 6S cells for our drones.

A number of people really like the Hyperion chargers - a few of them are listed on the Quadrocopter website:

Here's a photo of my charging station...

Derek the Powerless seem to be solid performers. I have the Powerlab8's and really like the computer control that is available. Helps keep track of battery health.

dang. i've never seen any of these before (or heard of it). I don't even know where to begin how to understand . I got my M5 back in November and i have been so frustrated with battery charging and voltage monitoring.

So to narrow it down, i need a favor. Can someone just post a link what charger to buy on here and i will just click it and buy it? Lol.

Virgil, that's 1/2 of the solution. However, these chargers generally take a 12-24V DC input, so if you want to use it in your house or office, you have to get an AC/DC converter. Quadrocopter sells a very nice one from Efuel, but it's overkill if all you're charging is MōVI batteries. This one is a better deal and will easily charge two MōVI batteries at once using the 720i charger.

Gary - do you find yourself using the battery profiling feature with the Revo's software? I tried it once, but it looked as though it was going to take half a year to profile a 16,000 mAh Pulse 6S and thought, "Really??!!" Is there really a benefit? Curious to hear your powerful thoughts.

Virgil - my hobby shop has old Dell computer server AC/DC converters. They work great as DC power supplies for your charger and have sufficient power to satisfy your Movi battery charging needs.

No I didn't do any profiling. Took their defaults and made small adjustments for various types/sizes.
