Hoping someone can offer a suggestion. M10 was working fine on a recent shoot. Completed first setup and successfully shut down the Movi. At 2nd setup of the day we attempted to auto tune in Configurator and the process freezes up on us every time. Have tried with 2 different batteries as well as with running the app from 2 different laptops. Currently running 4.02 software. We came across the Freefly instructions on using the jumper cable to recover the Movi but it hasn't produced any results. Also noticed that when the Movi is turned on initially the 3 green LED lights come on briefly and then stop displaying. No blinking or other readout.
Bedrava, The 'Jumper Cable' should only be used if the unit has been 'Bricked'. Re-installing the Firmware on a MoVI should never be used as a troubleshooting step. Please contact us at support@freeflysystems.com for further assistance.

According to you screen shot your Battery voltage is '0'. Do you have fully charged batteries. Camera is balanced as outlined in the training videos?
