Hyperion released a firmware update for the 720i and also an updated version of the EOS Suite software.
Any indication that it might correct the problem with the 720i not using the temperature sensor for Store and Discharge operations? I've read the release note and it doesn't appear to mention that "feature." Andy.
Remember Andy, paracharging & the percentage being off by 15-20% Think that might be the "output capacity"? EDIT: Confirmed the temp sensor does not work with storage charge on the new firmware. Suite version 2013-08-13 - Fixed bug with Output capacity not showing correctly. - Added warning if charger has wrong firmware (instead of just not showing)
Zach the Output error had nothing to do with paracharging or accuracy. They released a version Monday that didn't work. No data flowing to the field. They fixed it last night after i sent a message to Hyperion. No change in accuracy and it was charting just not showing the total value.
