Yes it is the Tero. But the gimbal is an M10 with the the cross arm removed. So one gimbal can fly, drive and walk. Versatility is pretty limitless. Talked with a dozen folks that shoot cars. Big biz in Canada. People wanted quantities of 5-10. Retail house guys who do steadicams excited. Want to expand to copters. Car guys for leaning out shooting or bolting it to a car. Due to bad weather in Vegas no outside flying today but QC was owing them with the Tero. If you are at NAB stop by and say hello. Met lots of forum members today.
No pics of Tabb ;-) Hope he and the rest are all well after working hard in making all these new tools-toys. Have Fun! Regards. from Sweden. /Janne
Wish I could be there to see all the toys. Thanks for checking in. I think you guys have hit the mother lode. Much success!!!
I think they should have prefix'd the name with a silent 'P'. Either way, it's one of the cooler things I've seen. We're now part of the way to the full Thunderbirds fleet. All we need is a rocket, a submarine, a boat, and some giant drilling machine.
Does anybody know if the Quadrocopter-standard Cinestar 8 (QuadroPower QC-3328 Motors, MK electronics, etc) can fly the MōVI MR with a Canon 5D Mark III? How much heavier than the 2-axis gimbal is the MōVI? Or does it require a "heavy lift" system? I've got an itchy trigger finger
