Hello, I have recently been contacted to do maintenance and support for a Freefly System radio movi controller that presents a very strange fault: .- It gives the impression of not connecting, but waiting for N time (from 1 min to 10 min according to the first tests) it establishes a link perfectly and works as it should. So far, if it weren't for the excessive and random time it takes to establish the link, I could say that it's going well. Buttttt If I disconnect the radio (turn off) or the receiver, I again have this unjustified and excessive delay in establishing the link, which can be between 1 and 15 minutes in a totally random way.- I check, radio antena, from outside and inside. I check, receptor antena, from outside and inside. I check, 100001 ways of config, and check it again, but throuble persist. I'm running out of ideas, I can only think of two things. 1.- Bad firmware update of the movi controller. 2.- Hardware Failure. Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.. Radio firmware 4.3.0 GCU firmware 2.0 Radio type Movi /controler (as the manual says) MOVI XL/PRO Upgraded in factory ( usa ) firmware and hardware. Regards.
PD: Update relevant info. .- Radio tipe from movi controller ( radio device ) is made from system menu, not via app. .- I was thinking of powering the receiver from the 3 pin connector so I don't have to move the xl/pro around. this is correct? receiver light sequence: .- orange (solid for a few seconds) .- orange fast blinking .- orange slow flashing .- green (solid for a few seconds) .- green fast blinking (10 times) .- green (static for a few seconds) .- repeat green sequence until connected..
This is solved. Some one touch the reciber and make a mess with a welding ... already link well, a little long in time but well.
