Hey guys, I searched the forums and found nothing but if there is another post about this please let the know. Several times at preps and on jobs the MōVI Pro has frozen on the Auto Tune screen. Sometimes the Tune never starts, or it shows the animation but no sounds come from the motors. There's no back button so a reboot is the only solution. I tried with newest firmware & 2 most recent beta releases. Auto Tune freezes on GCU & app.
I've only ever seen this happen if the Movi is bumped or moving while it Autotunes. Then I have to hard reboot and try again.
Video would be useful. Also please post version numbers. On MōVI Pro screen, go to Monitor>Details>Versions
