    Hey guys,

The end of the red/black wires coming from one of my batteries got all squished and deformed and no longer fits on a charger.

I would like to just replace this red plug myself if possible, but I do not know how to even search to find this plug. Anyone got a name for it? Or any suggestions?

    Thanks

They are RCY series connectors made by JST: http://www.jst-mfg.com/product/detail_e.php?series=521

You can buy cheap crimping tool from hobbyking that works better than some $500-800 crimpers I've had: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking...l_Connector_Crimping_Tool_USA_Warehouse_.html

    And the plugs: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=45298
    Mating pair in related items.

This way you can keep your existing wire without introducing a solder point (which is inferior to a good crimp)
