Hi guys, I need to know if you have to teach the MK IR shutter with the remote control of the camera. i mean, in order to use MK IR ctrl do I have to have the cameras oem ir control?

I read through the wiki a lot of times, set my sony nex6 to recevie IR, i must be missing something, if someone can confirm that i dont need the remote ill keep on checking until i find what i got wrong
