Hi Guys I wonder if you can help or offer any advice please ? I went to use my MōVI pro this morning, charged my batteries as normal (I have two sets), mounted the right hand battery, then the left hand battery and smoke came from the plate / battery ... I assume the contacts. I obviously removed the battery straight away and noticed a very small burn mark on the plate. I panicked and didn't then use the Movi for the shoot. I've literally no idea what to do, I don't know if I've damaged my gimbal or if it's just the batteries ? .. I daren't mount another battery in case it causes any more damage ? Any help or advice greatly appreciated .. thanks guys Stephen
Contact support@freeflysystems.com straight away. Maybe send some photos of your burn marks and battery connections.
