I have also corresponded with David and can confirm that he just received this case, so it should be Brand New as he describes.
I've received mine from Jason, and they are great cases, I would recommend them highly. I just did a shoot with many locations in one day so it was a lot of running around. It was great to stick my Movi fast inside the case, not worry about damage to the unit, and move to the other location. Big but great for single operator on the run.
