Hi there, I have a Movi M5 and Sometimes when I turn it on, as (or just after) the third battery light turns on, instead it positioning itself on the center, the movi turns 90 degrees off to on side, about 90 degrees off the actual center (photo attached). I tried turning it off and then on again, but the same thing would happen. Any reason why that happens? It happened to me a few times, in random situations, and it was pretty hard to work with it in that way. Thanks! Andre
Ok, I got the case resolved. Customer support got a very quick response for me: You need to power the unit off, undo the 'Toad in the Hole' quick release lever, and re-position it 90 degrees accordingly, so when you power it back on, it positions itself perpendicular to the top cross bar. After that you should mark the position, so the next time you remove the top cross bar or release the Toad in the Hole system, you know where it needs to be before powering the unit back on.
