    Hi i need help with a small doubt I have the mk tools installed on my laptop with windows 8 in parallel because my laptop is mac and funcioa perfectly and now I try to install on a desktop computer with windows 7 and I download the program but I get the comfort COM4 to accept and run the program.

    Any suggestions for this case because I've tried downloading other MK Tools older and does not work either and also the extract to exit the program and does not work.

    Did you install the USB serial driver?
