I purchased this Toshiba and get a 'This app is incompatible with your device' and 'No Carrier TOSHIBA AT7-C' when I try to load the App either from the freely webpage or the Google App Store....any ideas?
I have the same Toshiba tablet and it used to work fine with the old version of the Freefly App, however I just updated my movi using the OSX app to the latest firmware and when I went to update the Android app it says the device is incompatible. Have you guys figured anything out?
I am not sure if the apple you have is a desktop, or if you have a laptop. So far me apple laptop has connected seamlessly to the Movi. I am sure you could find a cheap used android tablet to use if needed as well. -Cody
