balancing problems with nikon d810 and CP 2 primes with follow focus

    Hi Guys,

    I have a problem with my new M10 I mount a Nikon d810 with a CP 2 prime and a red rock micro follow focus on it:) in that case the camera is so front heavy that I have no idea how can I fix this problem:( . I hope you can help me!!

    Hi Adi,

    If you can't slide the little MoVI dovetail back any farther, you'll need to remove it and attach it to the camera through it's farthest back hole in the dovetail. If that doesn't help or you run into clearance issues with the lens, you'll need either a riser (or some other baseplate) so you can raise the camera/lens so it clears and you can move it back farther. If that doesn't work, you need to add weight to the rear of the camera so it acts as a counter weight. Counter weights can be the Red Rock ff receiver, a wireless video transmitter or actual weights.
