Has anyone here ever used a FreeFly LiPo 14.8V to power a Blackmagic Production 4K camera? If so, how long did it last (please note any accessories you had being powered by the battery also (ie a follow focus or wireless transmitter)

    Thanks

    Hey Adam,

So after my prep today I can now answer my own question. With the BMPC 4K and C-Motion Compact Camin, the FreeFly LiPo lasted about half an hour. Make sure to keep a voltage checker on the battery because you can ruin the battery if you run the voltage too low.

We use a Lipo to power our 4K all the time. We have a dedicated Movi battery to yhe BMCC and use one other MOVI battery for the movi power and accessories. They run out about the same time. Makes a huge difference if the 4K is already charged

I use the movi battery all the time to power the camera, follow focus and wireless video.. I use the red rock power pack to monitor voltage to make sure it doesn't drop to low which is 3v per cell so 12v total.
