I have the Freefly HDMi converter. and just looking for my options for attatching it to the 2 axis gimbal.
Do you have this part? http://www.quadrocopter.com/Modi-Fly-HDMI-Converter-Mount_p_622.html If so, I think it can connect to the back of the gimbal near the roll Radian.
Alternatively, use double sided tape to attach a piece of wooden tongue depressor between two boom clamps and then double sided tape to mount the HDMI converter to that. Top it off with a cable tie as a backup device.... Andy.
I was able to figure this out. though i didn't use the mount for it. i just zip tied it on to the frame. It hold and it works.
I use the FF Mount. I originally had it zip tied in same location, but the unit does heat up and needs some air flow around it. See discussion about that on this thread beginning at post #45. Cheers, Colin
Thanks for that Colin. I appreciate it. Just ordered the HDMI converter. Going to have to get the mount now.
