Jamie if it follows with the rotation it means that the follow mode is on. disable yaw follow and give it a try.

Hi Bill, The follow mode is off... when it follows, it does not move as much as when you are in Follow mode....what is strange is that, if I put a ridiculous number of poles eg. 200...it lessens the following action.

oops..sorry..must have been all the partying ...hehe ...I use the Alexmos 32bit FW 2.43b9 with 2 imu's..I am powering it with a 4s lipo

and talk to this guy Garug he knows the 32bit in and out he will be able to help you. I didn't work with the 32bit mostly the 8bit and the phobotic.
