I am gonna try and do a build log of my heavy lifter I am going to be making. I'll update the info more once I make some progress. I'll be using U8 motors and haven't decided on esc yet. DJI A2 or wkm. 6s, 8s, or 12s also undecided. It will be in x8 configuration but will utilize 8 booms still. More info later.
Looking forward to your progress Tristan. Which KV did you decided to go with U8 motors? If you go with 100KV, you probably will want to use 8S at least for heavy lifting.
Thanks Ozkan. I went with 100kv so that I could prop up or down depending on payload and battery cell count. Should give me the most options.
