8FG would be a good choice with an sBUS receiver.

Very strange but true since the poster in this string is from Futaba U.S. And a word of caution the the RX that comes with the 14SG does not have the same sBus output as the other Futaba RXs. It won't work with the MoVI systems. However you can pick other FASST RXs out of the current line and they work fine. Just not the newer FASSTest RXs that have telemetry.

    Hey Gary,

Any idea if Freefly ever updated the firmware to accommodate the use of these telemetry enabled Futaba rx's?? Specifically the 7008sb, 3008sb, and 2008sb.

Justin, yes it has been upgraded. But for telemetry the only direct thing you can do is battery power. No other telemetry. You would need a tap from the M5 battery to the small Molex connector on the antenna end of the 7008SB (just above the Link button). Futaba sells a cable with a fuse. CA-RVIN-700 (FUTM5551)

Has anyone thought of using the NEW "DJI Lightbridege 2" on Movi M5?
It is S-Bus signal as much as i know and you can use the same Air Unit for the HD video down link.

People at Quadracopter recommended the 14G, you need to get the R6303SB receiver to work with the M5. It's an expensive control, but will work as a backup control for the Alta.
