Has anyone made an assessment of how changing zoom focal length might change the camera center of gravity and so throw the Movi tilt balance?
Do certain zooms maintain the same length and weight distribution throughout their range?
Do some primes change center of gravity when changing focus?
    Is there a tolerance envelope?
    Thoughts?

If the length of the lens changes yes it affects the CG. Depending on how much it extends without adjustment for tilt can affect the tilt axis.

Some lenses are internal zooms. Likely that while there might be some effect it will be much less than a moving lens.

Only way to know is to test the combo.

Focusing should have no effect, or it is so minimal that the MōVI can tune it out.

I have a RED 17-50mm lens and the lens internally shifts very less while zooming. Hope to be able to remote zoom with it.
