So here's a fun one....the tilt switch to change tilt direction has snapped off and I can't see any discernible way to remove to try and replace. Anyone have any experience on this? I would look to just send back to Freefly but as far as I am aware there is STILL no support options outside of the US and as we are based in the UK this is a costly endeavour to basically replace a switch.... For the record the need to change direction is not always there but unfortunately, the unit is getting very very hot when its on and we are finding that the MoVI will randomly change tilt direction mid take which obviously becomes a problem.... You still might want to consider opening up a ticket with Freefly Support and the best way of doing that is to head over to https://freeflysystems.com/contact That said, when their workload permits, I do know that Freefly technical support will occasionally review some of the threads on the forum, but opening up a ticket really is the optimal way to get support.
