Hi everyone. I noticed that when my Movi M5 is powered up that I can easily move my tilt axis quite easily an inch or two back and forth. The tilt axis motor doesn't seem to hold as strong as the pan and roll motors. I have my tilt stiffness as high as I can without vibration. In fact even if I have it high that it vibrates it still doesn't seem to be holding like the other motors do. It's as if I need to increase power to the tilt motor. Is his even possible ? Or maybe is what I'm experiencing normal? Does the tilt motor need to have some level or play orbits it suppose to be as rigid like the roll motor ?? Changing smoothness and window settings doesn't seem to have any effect on my problem.
In the expert settings what are your settings for Hold Strength settings. What are your pan and tilt window settings?
