Hi everyone, Just ordered my M5 and looking forward to losing myself in it. I'll have about a week to do so before I head to the Philippines for a 2 week shoot (I'm a location sound mixer looking to move into AP). I'm going to take the m5 and use it hand held with my T2i, but our second camera on the shoot is the Canon 1DC and last night I just noticed this article in which the author says the M5 will properly stabilize the 1DC with a light weight lens. In this case, the 40mm f/2.8 pancake. http://wideopencamera.com/author/MNS1974/ (there's a photo a little ways down) Has anyone tried a 1DC on the M5? Any other lenses that you think might work? Anyone think it will work with a Mondo Stinger and converter box? I'm going to give it a go so I'll report back, but any advance warning would be fantastic, especially if you know how to make a 1DC on a M5 work. Best, Parker
