All of those bullet connectors, ribbon cables, LED & FPV cables, etc., are you guys rising your FC board & battery plate an extra standoff at all? I've had mine raised according to Andy's video... it's just not very "roomy" :)

    Any thoughts?

Do a search for axial posts. I have my batter plate on 60mm posts.

I"m using large stand offs under my flight control board to give it more room underneth and I just bought 55mm stand offs for the battery plate for the new ACC mod.

The axial posts lift the battery plate but you might want to add some rubber standoffs to raise the FC board so that it's more mechanically isolated from the vibrations (this may be less important with the new ACC modification as that ACC relies on thermal characteristics to determine acceleration).

I've raised the FC board up on rubber isolators from QC: http://www.quadrocopter.com/Vibration-Dampeners-M3x15_p_135.html
and also raised the battery plate (thanks to Gary who told me that the thingies are called "axial posts" ---would never have guessed that name).

    Andy.
