I like to have a little more accuracy on the Pan control. So easiest to replace the servo pulley.
Did anyone found a pulley for our servo's with less then 32T?

You can get them at Stock drive products, but you have you'll have to drill the base and/or make an adapter to mount to the servo spline.
search for plastic mxl pulleys. .8/ inch I believe is the size.

Done some tests regarding smaller pulleys. but whatever my construction ability i can't built it strong enough to handle the tension on the belts.
@ Tabb. would it be possible to ask if FF can build there own replacement pulley parts with additions in 16/20/24/28

Or a gear option, which I think would be ideal for the heavier cameras.

Only kidding...full moon last night and I was howling...

I had that issue from time to time. I used two female spline pieces from another servo horn, (just the round part) and then inserted that into the pulley base, which was put on the lathe and bored out so the spline pieces would fit snugly. Then, a long screw went all the way through.

It might be easier to change the driven pulley to a larger one instead.

Maybe. But i also like to have more resolution on tilt. A bit more difficult then pan. You also need different belts. Smaller pulley's will make it allot easier.

I think when u use gears it might ad some more backlash!

I agree that it will add backlash with gears, unless you use an anti-backlash design. :)
Another option is to use a straight piece of belt around a large guide pulley. It is attached at the ends. You would lose 360 degrees of rotation, but it's usually not necessary anyway.
I can understand what you are trying to accomplish, but you will sacrifice speed, and as you go down in drive pulley size you also increase backlash. Most of the backlash is in the servo anyway.

The system has more then enough speed to handle most conditions. So i don't really think it's a big deal.
I'm not sure about more backlash when going from large to small gear
Nice idea!!!! but very difficult if you want to modify a normal 32t pulley to ad the exact amount of teeth. However it's worth a try!

Also i think we need new endpoints setting's in the radian.
EDIT endpoints could be the same > radian on axes

Stock drive products is the place. Search for plastic timing pulley.
    It's .080 mxl. Width .25
With 2 flanges for the servo, 1 flange for the larger pulley.
