    Hello Guys!
I have question what do you think about my Setup for Heavy Lift Octocopter X8… for RED, BM4K and smaller camera like Gh4,DSLR etc….

    Ok, this is my setup…
    - T-Motor U7 420kv or 490kv… What better?
    - T-Motor 80A ESC (New version or later? I’ve seen problem with old version this esc and 490kv U7)
    - DJI A2 controller
    - AlexMos 32bit controller and custom gimbal
    - LiPo 2x 6s 5000mAh? Or 2x 6s 9000mAh?
I need about 10min with RED/BM4K – If is possible more flight time… OK. I want it!
    - What propellers for this setup? T-Motor carbon or some Xoar ?

I don’t know what frame… Maybe custom Carbon 3mm at ex. like Gryphon X8… 30mm carbon tube 550mm?

    Thanks for help!

    Best regards.
    Matthias

I have been using the Tiger 4120's and they have been flying great at 28 pounds. If I were you I would run the KDE ESC's with their new line of motors. Are you planning on runnng X8 or flat 8?

Hmm... What is better in KDE ESC and motor than U7?
    I prefer X8 but if flat 8 is better - Ok :)
In X8 setup is energy loss and a shorter flight time but less susceptible to wind.

Most people have had nothing but problems with the U7's and the don't seem to be built well. Take a look at the KDE 5215XF-435 along with the matching ESC's. If I was running DJI I would use this setup in a heartbeat.

Thank you very much for the information.
    KDE 200$ Ouch.. So..
What do you recommend ESC battery and propellers for this engine(KDE)?
And what is probably flight time with RED on KDE motors?
    Thanks.

Matthias, you might get more answers if you changed your name to your full first and last name.

But also, keep in mind this is a Freefly-sponsored forum, and it doesn't appear you're interested in any Freefly products.

KDE 5215XF-435KV is a good choice. I'd go with KDE's 75A ESC to stay on the safe side. If you are living in a cool country, like most of the Europe, you can also go with 55Amps version of KDE's ESC.

The flight time depends on the AUW (All up weight). If you tell us about your payload, frame, it will be easy to estimate.

and this is the UAS55A ESC:

I have 8 of this 5215XF-435KV motors for sale; they are sealed, unboxed and I'm selling them with a very good price:

    Ozkan, thanks !
Hmm... I live in Europe but sometimes in the summer is hot ;)
I like have secure excess... What is better 75A or 55A+ new version ?

Approximate flight time compared to the average weight copters of this type.

You know where is distribution place KDE in Europe?

    Best Regards,
