Anyone have any tips or tricks to get rid of this rippling/warping in the attached video clip? I have all ready run it through Warp Stabilization in PS6.

Not sure what it looks like in the raw format but if you have a pretty well stabilized rig try setting it down to 10% and see if that does it. Most folks take the default and it is usually way to much.

    Gary ,
It was 50% smoothness, is that what you meant? The 'additional scale' is set at 100%
The 'Smoothness method' is set to 'Position, Scale, Rotation' and framing is ' Stabilize, Crop, Auto-Scale'
Crop Less- Smooth More ' was set to 50%

The Raw was pretty poor, I am still having some Radian/Stabilization issues. Just trying to get a feel of what you can and can't get away with in post.

Try the defaults changing only the smoothness to 10%. Can you post a clip of the raw footage?

Another question for you can you post your Radian settings and type of camera you are carrying?

Drop your smoothness down. Like Gary said, 10%ish.

Also try getting your original footage to look smoother and that will help a lot.

Understood, thanks Josh. The 10% definately helped, especially with sharpness but not with the big movements (refer to josh)
    Cheers
