    Hi Guys,

A couple of quick queries that I was hoping you could advise on:

    1. Is there any way of inverting the tilt control on the remote control? At the moment to tilt up the operator has to move the joystick in a downward position. And to tilt down the joystick needs to go up. Is it possible to invert the controls so a up joystick movement tilts up and a down joystick movement tilts down? This would be hugely beneficial.

    2. At the moment when the system is in combined mode... i.e. the remote control operator only having tilt capabilities. Is it possible to give them only pan capabilities instead of tilt?

    3. On a seperate note: what is the best way of attaching a Sony NP-F Battery plate to the top bar (not top handle)? The for this is that I would like to power a C-Motion Brain and Monitor Wireless Transmitter off a small battery in the rig. Any ideas would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Marcus

    1. In the software for the remote config change the +/- sign. I think the default is 6 so you would change it to a -6. That reverses the movement.

    2. Not at this time.

For the last one let's see if others can chime in.

The general technique I use for mounting stuff is to use a couple of boom clamps and a plate with a piece of 3M Dual Lock (Velcro for grownups!). I cut the plate out of acrylic on a laser cutter. You can vary this by adding a Velcro strap to secure whatever you need to mount to the plate and also, of course, change the size and shape of the plate to suit whatever it is you want to attach.

Pick one close to where you live. Most have clamps in stock.
