RED SCARLET and SYNC PORT not work why??

    HI guys!!i'm working first time with RED SCARLET camera, but i need to operate with remote start/stop. i bought sync cable where i've got in output red/blue/white/yellow cables. i connect white and blue cables(shutter sync gpo output) to ground(white) and 3.3volt /5v(blue) but it don't work.....whyyyyyyyyyyyyyy??????did i must activate something on menu of the camera?????

    ok, but in the GPIO menu there are lot of other menu:D ....can you write me please what are all configuration????thank you very much!!

    I don't know what cable you are using, or what device to trigger….

    But, in mu experience you only need to connect the one cable, Start / Stop.

    White, if you are using this cable from Red.

    Don't have a camera in front of me right now. But from memory. GPIO Set one to Rec start, and two to Rec stop.

    You need to jump out of the menu for the changes to take effect.

    sync brain gpio pro pro I/O SW
    OFF SYNC IN KEYDISABLED KEY DISABLED
    BRAIN

    Brain GPIO (this is the camera body)

    Cam input: General purpose in
    gpi high: rec start
    gpi low: rec stop

    cam output: sync out
