Our M-15 is going to Vancouver for a long stint, and I need to prepare for rain protection. Normally I just resort to clear trashbags with conventional, handheld, or steadycam modes of shooting. Anybody come up with a method that is better? How bout something for sale? Would appreciate any advise!

Saranwrap works pretty well as long as you leave room for motion.

Andy- that would still let water into the motors still, no? If allowing for movement.

It only takes a couple of turns -- you want the heat from the motor to dissipate but the shield around the motors to be water-resistant -- and of course allow for the cling wrap to move.

Thanks Andy. If you get a chance would love to see a picture of how it looks around motor. Especially to dissipate heat and be water resistant.

Sure. I'll see what I can do this coming week -- sorry, busy weekend.
