    Hi,

maybe it's "just" a cosmetic thing but I wonder why my MOVI has this "touch to the right" when switched on and without any mobile attached.

Please have a look to my pics which shows that one of the motors is not directly in the middle and also the clamp hang a little bit to the right.

Is it possible to calibrate? Or is it just normal?

When no phone is present in the gimbal, the Movi is not actually stabilizing -- it just moves to a sort of "demo" position...

Okay... so it seems not to be a personal issue but seems to be normal

Yes, as far as I can tell, based on all available information, it is the intended behavior when there is no phone mounted in the Movi.

    Hope that helps re-assure you.

I just received my MCR today, and it does the same, with the phone in place

Ok Tony, many thx for your feedback. That calms me down cause it shows that this is no individual issue with mine but a normal behaviour. Puhhh...

I suspect it was designed that way so that FF could have several MCR's on a tradeshow booth and people can put their own phones into them -- but that's just me speculating....
