Interesting setup. You can tell in the first video that the gains are low by the lag in the servo motion. Just an observation. 90 degrees in 5 min is some movement. Im not sure of your initialization procedure but everything should be still for the first few sec while it initializes.

Yes the Pan Radian will drift over time and the roll and tilt will not. This is normal behavior and will not be noticed during flight as the camera operator is giving pan inputs that negate the drift Tabb
