    Hey Folks,
I'm new to the freefly forum so my apologies if this question has been asked.

I am prepping with a movi m15 right now and for some reason when I reset everything back to default, settings and calibration, and begin to adjust the pan stiffness the gimbal pans all the way over to the camera left side. In order to point the camera forward I have to adjust the pan trim quite a bit. About -142°. I have worked with the movi before and have never encountered this. Does anyone know if this is a normal occurrence or is there a way to tell it witch way is forward without adjusting the trim to drastically?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

The camera will align with the Latch of the Toad in the Hole. If you loosen the latch and turn the toad so that the latch is facing where you want the lens to point, it will align with it.
