No delivery Jason Cases/Cinemaoxide

    Almost a month ago i placed an order and paid for some movi equipment by cinemaoxide/jason cases.
    Now Jason is gone, and he does not answer by e-mail/forum.
    Are there people who had the same problems ? Or maybe someone can help me contact him ?

    We apologize we got a bit behind on orders the last couple of weeks. We're working around the clock to get caught up on orders so we definitely understand. We appreciate your patience during this cycle.

    I try to respond to all emails in a timely manner, but even I get behind sometimes on emails and our number one priority is always to ship the highest quality items in a timely manner. We're constantly striving for that, even if sometimes it creates a delay during the shipping phase.
