I have Kopterworx KW12 motors on my X8 and it is propped with Xoar 17x6.

However Kopterworx recommends 18 inch props with the KW12 motors so should I go with Xoar 18x7 or T-motor CF 18x6,1 V2?

Reading this thread I learned that at least the T-motor V1 CF props were not as efficient as Xoars but has the situation changed with the introduction of V2 by T-motor?

Price wise Xoar is a clear winner off course.

    Both are great props.

    Xoar winner on price
    Tiger winner on durability

If using on productions. You will go thru more Xoars due to use. You will bang/chip the props no matter how careful you are if your working on set. So at the end of the day the costs will be about the same :)

Thanks. But what about the efficiency of T-motor V2 props versus Xoars? Any info? Has T-motor improved since V1 that was inferior to Xoars according to the tests in this thread?

Are the currently-shipping props the ‘V2’ ones? When did they release the V2?

Current models are the v2. I'm guessing that they came out about 6-8 months ago, but someone else may have a better timeline on that.

Try here. Last week I emailed the guy and he wrote back saying they were 93% stocked on all products and when I asked about the 16x5.4s he replied that they have lots of them. This was on the 21st.

He clarified that he had everything from the 10s to the 16s but not the larger ones.
