I have a new pan radian. I can setup the pan in the radian software and it connects fine but it will not allow me to connect to boot loader for me to install the latest firmware update. In boot loader I have it set to com 10 and confirmed in device manager that the USB cable is on com 10. But it will not connect. I tried restarting the computer twice and verified twice that everything matches up. If I close boot loader and go straight to the radian software I can connect to the radian.
