What a difference a year makes. ON January 5th, 2013 I made my first flight with the Cinestar. Before that I never flew anything remotely serious to this. On my first madden flight I crashed! Here's the video from that first flight. I persevered and stayed strong mainly with the help and advice from the people on this board. I am very eager to show you my first show reel of what I have done over this past year since that first crash. Looking forward to your honest input. thanks Dave
Oy.....I still get sweaty palms from watching that first video, Dave. You've come a looong way..... Andy.
Thanks Andy!! I wouldn't ever started this journey had it not been for your DVD. I bought your DVD before I purchased the cinestar kit because I really didn't think I could do it. Since I never built anything remotely like it I had a ton of question marks in my head and the video really really gave me the confidence to do it. Looking forward to what 2014 will bring. I have all the heavy lifter parts in and I'll start putting it together in the next week, and I'm looking for a used Scarlet on the red forum.
Looking good Dave! Great diversity of shots. I second Andy's comment on the crash clip ... Sweaty palms indeed!
Nice reel! There are a couple of clips that have little wobbles in it that you can shorten down and edit out but otherwise great footage and lots of variety!
Dave It looks good! My only critique is the Tourch Red Z06 would have been better if it was a Millenum Yellow One, LOL Just kidding All serious looks good though!
